The past two days have been more than I could have dreamed of for a New York February. It’s beautiful and sunny again today! I definitely don’t want to jinx it but I can’t help but think that Spring is on its way. 🙂
What a way to start the week!
More good news? My Theology class is cancelled for this afternoon! So I only have one class. No complaints here.
At the gym this morning I did a quick (for me) 7:40 mile warmup then hit the weights. I did a pretty long arm and ab workout full of pushups, free weights, crunches, bicycle crunches, and planks (plus stretching). When I got back I showered and gobbled down an apple and some protein packed Kashi GoLean sprinkled with cinnamon. I’m ready to take on the day!
