Workout Revamp

Since Saturday my knee has been giving me some trouble. The pain is below and to the right of my kneecap and things like walking up and down stairs and hills or even just bending aggravate it. Yesterday’s workout was a struggle because of the pain so I knew I should probably go easy and nix the treadmill today. Instead of a 5 mile run I did an hour of intervals on the elliptical and my knee was fine for that.

This website is helpful in determining the causes of knee pain. It redirected me to WebMD who said I have a problem with my ACL. I’m not sure how much value to put into that but I’m just going to keep taking it easy and not worry too much about it.
